We had a fabulous stay at Brackenborough Lakes Resort! Our lodge was immaculate and luxurious, offering plenty of space and a fantastic hot tub. The location was perfect for visiting Donna Nook to see the seals, just a short 15-minute drive away. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied, with options for cooked, cereal, and continental choices. The surroundings were excellent, and the lodge itself was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. it was a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

The lodge we stayed in was much larger than we expected, allowing us to have a comfortable and spacious stay. the hot tub provided a luxurious touch and was a great way to relax. the lodge itself was immaculate and well-equipped, making our stay very enjoyable. the hotel's proximity to Donna Nook, where we saw seals, was a bonus.
The ongoing construction work on the site made the surroundings muddy and created some inconveniences, such as not being able to unload directly at the chalet.

The resort's chalet was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the hot tub was a lovely addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of biking. the lodge rooms were spacious and well-designed, making our stay enjoyable. the restaurant served amazing food, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The ongoing construction work around the resort was a bit bothersome at times.

We enjoyed the peaceful countryside surroundings and the hot tub on the decking added to the serenity. the on-site restaurant served delicious food at great value for money. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the spa/salon provided great value services. We loved the spaciousness of the lodge and the convenience of having basic amenities like a washing machine.
The lack of facilities for wheelchair users was disappointing.

There is a lack of facilities for wheelchair users, with narrow doors making it difficult to maneuver through.

Our stay at Brackenborough Lakes Resort was excellent value for money with beautiful, cosy lodges and all the essential amenities. The picturesque countryside location provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, and the spa/salon offered great value services. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a memorable experience. We will definitely be returning!
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety or options.
